For years, I’ve witnessed a growing crisis in pain management and chronic pain relief.

Millions of people, 20% of the population, suffer from chronic pain, which is now the number one reason people visit their doctors. Despite countless visits to specialists, medications, and therapies, many remain trapped in cycles of pain, frustration, and hopelessness. I'm an engineer turned Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Energy Codes Facilitator, and pain relief expert. 

I had my own experience with chronic pain. In 2016, after a very stressful year, I suddenly went from vibrant and strong to nearly disabled with pain and inflammation, later diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis. Eventually, I reversed all my symptoms and made helping others my life's work.
