[RECIPE] Cinnamon Cacao Truffles: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free
Cinnamon Cacao Truffles | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free

PREP TIME: 30 minutes
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
• 3/4 cup cashews or pecans, soaked for 1 hour
• 1/2 cup coconut oil
• 6 Medjool dates, pitted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup cinnamon for rolling
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to food processor and process until dough-like consistency.
2. Using about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, then roll in cinnamon to coat.
3. Keep in freezer until ready to serve. Let thaw for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
