Collaborating with oncologists and the healthcare team, she optimized chemotherapy treatments and managed side effects, witnessing firsthand the devastating impact of cancer and other preventable diseases.

Her personal health struggles after childbirth reinforced the power of nutrition and lifestyle in recovery. Committed to proactive health, she advocates for a balanced diet, a positive mindset, and joyful movement to prevent chronic disease.

She authored a book called Healing Habits to guide others in making simple, sustainable lifestyle changes and now leads The Living Light Metabolic Reset Program, a 10-week program designed to support weight loss, boost energy, improve sleep, and balance hormones.
